Project: 32,000 SF Ground-Up Office Development

Role: Co-Owner & Developer

In 2016, William Syme partnered with Kirk C. Syme of Woodstock Development to approach the City of Union City, CA to acquire a 1.5 acre site next to the Union City BART station. Upon securing entitlements for a new 32,000 square foot office building, the project was 100% pre-leased to long term, credit tenants. The project was designed by Ware Malcomb Architects, and is being constructed by WL Butler Construction. Delivery is anticipated for summer 2018.

2316 Orchard Parkway

Role: Co-Owner & Developer

Project: 14,000 SF office building renovation

In 2015, William Syme partnered with Kirk C. Syme of Woodstock Development to acquire 2316 Orchard Parkway in Tracy, CA, just east of the San Francisco Bay Area. They acquired the building 90% vacant as a renovation “to-suit” project for the California Milk Advisory Board (realcaliforniamilk.com). Upon completing a major site and building renovation, the project was sold in 2017 as a 100% NNN leased asset.
