He spent 20 years traveling the globe, commanding multi-million dollar vessels for many of the world’s most influential people. He began his “land” career in Houston working in private real estate. He opened his own real estate development firm when he moved to the Pacific Northwest. He has developed many different spaces; condos, offices, residential, commercial and mixed use properties. Don is an innovative, practical leader creating assets that enhance a portfolio and a neighborhood.

Aaron Jones

Aaron Jones is one of the most active apartment developers in the Portland area. Designing, developing and investing in efficient, innovative projects has been his passion for over a decade. The spaces he helps create have set a new bar for rental rates and quality of living. He has completed over $600 million in projects during his career and currently has multiple sites under development. The relationships he has cultivated with people and companies bring people together and make his projects stand out. Aaron is involved in all aspects of projects at Path PDX. He is hands on from site acquisition and design development; to entitlements, construction management, marketing and lease up; all the way to long term management and operations. Aaron is an industry leader and decision maker that inspires the people he works with.

Jason Booth

Jason brings a wealth of experience and honest Portland charm to the Project Management team at Path PDX. A true Portland local, he came up through the trades. Over 35 years in the industry he has run many projects in the area. He specializes in multi-family, ground up construction. His experience keeps growing as our city grows up. His quick wit, industry contacts, respectful communication and hands-on hard work keep his projects running smoothly from ground break to finishes. Jason is a smart, easy going guy that takes his work seriously and makes every decision count.
